Poe died from alcohol

I think Poe died from alcohol because it was Election Day for members of congress, and like other local watering holes the tavern served as a polling place. Poe seemed to walker " rather the worse for wear" and " in great distress." Apparently flooded with drink, he may also have been ill f4rom exposure.

also according to moran and his wife poe reached the hospital in a stupor, unware of w ho brought him there. he remained thus "unconcious" till 3 o'clock the next morning,when he develop a tremor of limbs and what moran called a busy, but not violent or active delirium.

Another reason, is that when poe became queit moran questined hiim but he kept on giving her false and untrue answers. he said that his "degradation," Moran charcterized it made him feel like sinking nto the floor . trying to to rouse poe's spirits, moran told him he wished to conbriute in everyway, to his comfort , and hoped poe enjoyed the company of his friends.

as you can see it is obivious that poe died from alcohol he was peal and sweaty and he was seen in the street with other peoples clothes. i dont think poe sdied from rabies because his cat was at bronx, he didnt jhave any contact with a animal.
